Managed Services provides around the clock 7 x 24 automated monitoring of your critical systems.  We know when a server is running out of room, is working too hard, or just isn't working at all.  We can often provide you with advanced warning to problems that can be avoided.  This can keep your server running and people working rather than being surprised by a server crash.  If a critical device fails in the middle of the night we can have a technician ready first thing in the morning, eliminating the delay inherant in the early morning discovery of your staff.  In addition, we will have a good idea what the problem is prior to rolling a service call. 

Managed Services can be as simple as sending an email notification to a select group of individuals up to having us take care of problems without any notification or additional cost.  A typical intermediate situation would be that we would notify you of a problem, make a recommendation with an estimated cost, and keep your computer up to date with no additional cost. 

While you may have someone trained in monitoring your tape backup, we can also monitor this process and ensure that the software is performing its task.  This is true whether you have an in house backup solution or an on-line solution.
