GDS provides customers with services ranging from input on business process assessment and planning, IT controls encompassing security techniques, policies and planning for the enterprise network as well as factors beyond the network, IT process review and refinement, strategic IT planning, application development and data center managed services. To summarize, GDS provides the high level, enterprise-wide services portion of the partnership.
NOVIX, on the other hand, provides services focused, typically, from the WAN/LAN down. This includes hardware and software solutions, help desk support for the enterprise, break/fix troubleshooting, managed services supporting the server and desktop arena, onsite support, network troubleshooting and staff augmentation.
By presenting both organizations as a unified partner entity, NOVIX and GDS can provide whatever levels of service are required while maintaining our unique expertise in our areas of focus. This allows both organizations to train our team members and keep abreast of current technologies and best practices without sacrificing quality to our joint customers by attempting to be everything to everyone as individual entities.
